Hotel Features. A seasonal menu of regional and International cuisine is presented at the bistro style Polaris restaurant. Cosmos offers light meals, salads and cocktails accompanied by live Jazz music every other Friday evening. Light fare is served overlooking the indoor pools at Splash Caf�, and Luna Express Caf�, positioned in the athletic club's entrance, proffers pastries, beverages and sandwiches. Two fitness studios contain cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Pilates and yoga classes are featured, as is a full sized gymnasium. Personal trainers are available for a fee, and the Bellevue Club Spa offers indulgent services including the Pine Exfoliating Massage, Hydration Wrap and the Oceanic Detox Mask.
Guestrooms. Distinguished by original commissioned art, each of the 67 guestrooms hosts handcrafted cherry wood furnishings, upholstered seating and French doors. Bedding features feather duvets, down pillows and 500 thread count Indian cotton linens. Limestone, marble and granite bathrooms include separate glass enclosed showers, soaking tubs, scales and bathrobes. DVD players are available upon request.
